What do I need to submit?
You will need to supply a clear picture of your child's face. Ensure
your child's face is central in the photograph. We do not alter or
fix pictures so please ensure your picture is of good, clear quality. You
will also need to supply your child's name along with three other
friends' name.
Do you fix or repair pictures before you use them for the book?
We do not alter or fix pictures. So please make sure you send a big, clear
picture of your child's FACE.
Can I get the book in a bigger size or hardback?
Books are available in bigger sizes and hardback but these come at an additional
cost and you will need to email us at
info@rubens-world.com
to get a quote.
What is your policy on refunds and exchange?
Your rights to return or exchange the goods to us will not apply in the
following circumstances:
- Where you have made a spelling mistake on your order and it has been sent
for production.
We can offer a reprint if you make a mistake on your order but we reserve
the right to charge an administrative fee up to 100% of the sales price
of the reproduced product.
If you return an item because of an error on our part, or because it
is defective, we will amend and reprint your order dependant on the circumstances.
We are unable to re-sell personalised items as they are individual to
each order and therefore we cannot accept returns if you have a change
of mind.
What if I want to cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order please notify us immediately by emailing
to
info@rubens-world.com or by
calling 01375 481 447. If your order has already been printed we will not
be able to cancel it.
What if there is a fault with my book?
If the item you received is faulty, please contact our customer service
team quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the
product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or
a replacement. We will then advice on how to proceed with the return.
If the item is faulty, please return it to us within 30 days of receipt.
Refunds cannot be given if the fault is as a result of misuse
How long does it take to process an order?
Your order can take up to 28 days to process. If have not received your
order within 28 days, please contact us at info@rubens-world.com
How much is postage and packaging?
Postage and packaging cost £2.99 for up to five books to any UK
address.
Postage and packaging cost £7.99 for up to five books to addresses
outside of the UK.
What about my privacy and security?
We take customers' privacy very seriously and only use their names, addresses
and payment details for the purpose of completing transactions. Unlike
many companies, we do not, under any circumstances, provide customer details
to third parties for marketing purposes.
